The Ambriona single origin - South American dark chocolate is made from the finest beans produced from a single estate in Ecuador. The soil, climatic condition and produce grown along the plantation determine the flavor profile of the chocolate. The 71% south American provides distinct floral, fruity and earthy notes within the depths of the chocolate.
